Firm / RM view
See each seated engineer’s renewal date, whether their PACE plan is signed and whether the activity minimum is recorded, with a CSV export. Staff sign-offs on firm documents are tracked in the PPMP workspace.
Resume reader
Upload a resume (PDF or Word) or a LinkedIn profile PDF — or both — to pre-fill the engineer’s profile and a draft five-year career track. Nothing is saved until the engineer reviews and confirms it. AI-assisted reading is off unless the firm’s admin turns it on.
Course finder
Search a catalog of 200+ courses and 40+ industry conferences from Canadian, North American and international providers, with details as the providers state them. Filter by regulator, career stage, format, type and free courses, follow the link to the provider’s own page, and add a course or conference to your plan as a planned goal. Listing a course is not an endorsement. Costs are shown as the provider states them. Alberta (APEGA) users also see a note about the Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant; eligibility is always confirmed on Alberta.ca, and the grant does not cover conferences.
Alberta grant helper
For Alberta firms that ask us to turn it on: screen planned courses against the Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant rules, estimate the 50% repayment against the program caps, export an application pack and get reminders before training starts. A course may qualify; the Ministry decides. We do not file applications.

Is this a free trial?
No. There is no trial and no free year of PACE. This checkout is PACE seats: CAD $99 (1–9), $79 (10–49) or $59 (50+) per engineer per year. PPMP Setup is a separate purchase and does not include seats.
Does CAPG pay for this?
CAPG does not cover software licences or conferences. For courses, the grant helper shows where a course may qualify; your firm applies on Alberta.ca and the Ministry decides. We do not file CAPG applications. Read CAPG on Alberta.ca(opens in a new tab)
Does this report my CPD to APEGA?
No. You still declare in your member portal. PPMP Ready keeps the plan, records and certificates organized and shows who is on track.
